The Tech Doctor’s mission is to Help you feel comfortable using technology and get the most out of it. we’re here to take you by the hand, be your guide and help you every step as you master the tech in your life. If you have a question, get in contact and we’ll do our best to help you out.

I have a passion for Technology, and a knack for explaining it in a way that anyone can understand.

History:

From 2005-2012, The Tech Doctor Network provided high quality, on-site, personal IT service & support in and around Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

From our head office in Mt Evelyn we serviced Melbourne’s East, Outer East, the Yarra Valley and the Dandenongs.

We offered a variety of ways that you could interact with us:

We come to you: Each vehicle contains a well trained technician complete with a vast supply of knowledge, a bunch of spare parts and a few other supplies, just in case you need them.

Workshop service: bring your computer into our office, or have have it collected/delivered, and we will get it fixed up and returned as soon as possible.. Great for keeping the costs down

Remote Support: too far away, or need it in a hurry? As long as your Internet connection and computer are working, we can login to your machine and see what you see, a great way to diagnose those annoying but non life threatening computer problems.

The Tech Doctor Network has closed it’s support business as at 21st May 2012, when the customers were taken over by Tech This Out.

From May 2018 the Tech Doctor is returning as a YouTube Channel teaching you to fix your own IT problems.
